About the role
Development of mobile, web, and backend applications for decentralized digital identity (self-sovereign identity). You will help us build a digital identity solution for millions of users in South Africa. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to open-source and collaborate with other members of a broad digital identity community worldwide.

Requirements:
You have experience with React web frontend and/or Node.js backend, or you are eager to learn and use those technologies
You care about code quality (clean code, automated tests, …)
You are eager to learn new approaches and technologies
You are able to communicate in English
You have strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Experience or interest in setting up cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform
Experience or interest in mobile app development in React Native
Basic knowledge and interest in decentralization, peer-to-peer communication, Web3, and blockchain
Experience and interest to work on open-source
