Hyperledger members and staff are very excited to share details about deployments and innovation happening within our community at Consensus 2017 in NYC.
There are four ways to engage with Hyperledger members and staff at Consensus:

Get to Know Hyperledger Monday in the Belasco room on Floor 5
Hyperledger will host a mini-summit in the Belasco room on Floor 5 Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, we will feature a line up of leaders from the Hyperledger community who will answer all your questions about Hyperledger. Talks will cover topics like why being part of the Linux Foundation essential to Hyperledger’s mission of creating sustainable industry-standard business blockchain technologies, the role security plays in our development processes, how our umbrella strategy that includes diverse approaches to business blockchain technology works, and much more.

Be Inspired Tuesday in the Belasco room on Floor 5 and in the Hyperledger Booth
Tuesday in the Hyperledger mini-summit be inspired by leading practitioners actively solving business and humanitarian problems using blockchain technologies. Ashish Gadnis with BanQu will share how blockchain is saving lives. Daimler will share how they use blockchain technologies, you’ll hear from Norbloc on KYC, IntellectEU on streamlining asset transactions, Huawei will share more about blockchain in telecoms, and more.

Building Blocks Hackathon
Hyperledger is sponsoring the CoinDesk hackathon the weekend prior to Consensus. The free event will take place Saturday, May 20, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 21, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 40th Floor, NY. Hyperledger Executive Director Brian Behlendorf will be one of the judges of the main CoinDesk Hackathon. In addition to the main Coindesk challenge, Hyperledger will also invite hackathon participants to compete in the following challenge: Take any board game in existence – Monopoly™, Clue™, even Risk™ – or come up with your own – and implement it using 1 or more Hyperledger projects as a blockchain application.Winners of the Hyperledger challenge will receive a GoPro and some Hyperledger swag.
Consensus Conference Sessions
Roundtable
Hyperledger will host a roundtable on Monday, May 22 at 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., “Get to Know Hyperledger’s Distributed Ledger Technologies & Use Cases.” Participants will discuss the projects’ technological advantages, differences and best use cases. Join us in the Duffy/Columbia room on the 7th-floor.
Enterprise Blockchain Session Panels
Catch the Hyperledger Projects panels on Tuesday, May 23 from 1:30 – 3:50 p.m. in the Astor Ballroom on Floor 7. You’ll hear about the state and vision of Hyperledger, the role of open source in blockchain with Hyperledger’s main contributors, POCs, pilots, deployments, as well as security, privacy and the enterprise blockchain.
